Basic film and series metadata (cast, crew, runtime, release dates, posters, streaming availability) on this Site is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) via their public API. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All such data remains the property of TMDB and its contributors and is used under the terms of the TMDB API.

3. Intellectual property

Editorial review text, original photography, and the ScreenScore name and logo are © ScreenScore. Movie posters, stills, and trailers remain the property of their respective studios and are displayed for editorial commentary and identification purposes under fair use.

4. User conduct

You agree not to: (a) reproduce our editorial reviews in full elsewhere without permission; (b) scrape the Site at a rate that disrupts service; (c) misuse our newsletter or contact forms.

5. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate links to streaming services and retailers. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites.
